I came to this industry because I was looking for a career that would let me be home with my family at night and on the weekends. What I didn't expect was to fall in love with the work itself. Over more than a decade, the clients stopped being clients and started feeling like family. That's what keeps me here.
I was born in Alliance, Nebraska, and grew up mostly in South Dakota, in a small town called Webster. I made my way to Casper, Wyoming, and this is home now. I spent the bulk of my career at Edward Jones before joining Next Generation Wealth Management, where I finally have the space to grow professionally and serve people the way I've always wanted to. My role keeps me close to the day-to-day of our clients' financial lives. I handle scheduling, account transactions, and whatever comes up, which means I get to know our clients well. That matters to me.
People tell me they feel comfortable with me, and I think that's one of the most valuable things I bring to this work. Clients should feel like they can ask anything, and they should know that whoever picks up the phone actually knows who they are.
Outside the office, my world revolves around my husband Andrew and our two kids, Ava and Cyler. I do this work for them. In the summer, we're camping. In the winter, we're playing games and spending time with the people we love. I'm also working on teaching myself to crochet, with mixed results. I'm involved with the Casper Elks Lodge and the Eagles because I believe in what they do for this community, and showing up for the people around you is something I take seriously.
